The IHO Health Plans bring together a consortium of individually practicing medical practitioners under one umbrella, & members of the Health Plans will enjoy concessional benefits on medical treatments incurred through this network of empanelled medical practitioners. Unlike insurance, which covers only post-hospitalisation expenses, IHO Health Plans will offer benefits on all pre-hospitalisation medical expenses.
To ensure an uniformly high level of service, IHO is very selective about the medical practitioners empanelled on the network, using strict criterion defined by a panel of medical experts. The IHO network in each city has a large number of dentists, pathology/ radiology labs & doctors, including specialists, so that all medical needs of a member are taken care of. IHO is also affiliated to the Indian Dental Association & is fully endorsed by them.
